They are averting / postponing a revolution, by pitting lower class Hindus against Muslims (the punching bag)., thus keeping the lower classes engaged. India is progressing at 8 or 9% annually.. but that progress benefits only 8 or 9% of the population - as simple as that. The huge disparity of wealth and want, splendour and deprivation is fuel for revolution. here the BJP/RSS come in... and spread hate. Divide society's attention from core issues to hate of symbology.
